1 These rates (for either full registration or day registration) apply to all delegates who have been accepted as a speaker or who are submitting a poster, unless the delegate is a YEA Member attending under the YEA Mentored Member arrangement. 2YEA Mentored Member rate can only be obtained if registered at the same time as a Full EA Member or Full Non-Member. Simply complete and submit your registration form, selecting either Full EA Member or Full Non-Member as the fee type and ensuring you tick the check box indicating you’ll be registering a Mentored YEA Member. A second registration form will then be made available to complete for the Mentored YEA Member. 3 Student registration is available to active full time engineering students. You must hold a current student identification card from a recognised tertiary educational facility. Your registration will be acknowledged within 5 working days. Registration fees are based on date of receipt of payment (not the receipt of registration form).
Alterations to your registration will not be accepted over the telephone. Alterations must be in writing via:
ICMS Travel, as the official housing bureau for the Conference, has been able to secure discounted accommodation rates at selected hotels. Reservations need to be made before Monday 23 April, 2012. The room rates are per night and do not include breakfast. Accommodation will be allocated in order of receipt of bookings and payment.
Please indicate on your registration form your estimated time of arrival to the hotel. Check-in time is usually from 14:00. Should you wish to guarantee your room is ready before the hotel check-in time, it is recommended that you book and pay for the room for the evening prior to your arrival. Failure to advise your arrival time may mean that your room will be released.
To secure your reservation a deposit equivalent to one night's room tariff is required. If paying by credit card, your details will be passed onto the hotel as a guarantee. The hotel may not initially deduct a deposit payment from your credit card but may charge your full payment at the time of checkout. The hotel may charge a processing fee on payments by credit card.
