Engineers Australia is the national forum for the advancement of engineering and professional development of its members. The organisation has over 85,000 members across all engineering disciplines.

Centre for Engineering Leadership and Management
The Centre for Engineering Leadership and Management (CELM) was created by Engineers Australia in 2002 as a strategic response to the demands of the complex and changing business environment in which engineers work.
CELM complements the work of the Colleges and Societies of Engineers Australia. It contributes to the growth, strength, standing and influence of the engineering profession.
The key purpose of the CELM is to enhance professional opportunities for members of Engineers Australia by developing, recognising and promoting their ability to participate in and lead business, innovation and change.
Young Engineers Australia (YEA)
The Young Engineers Australia National Committee (YEANC) is the executive body of Young Engineers Australia (YEA) YEA advises Engineers Australia and all affiliated groups on matters that affect or concern young engineers. It determines national policies, directions and initiatives and provides a voice for younger members.
Young Engineers Australia exists to represent, support and provide a voice for the young engineering team. Through a culture of innovation, integrity, and the pursuit of excellence, YEA facilitates the professional and personal development of its membership. This establishes engineers as highly respected members of the community.
Young Engineers Australia is currently the single largest sub group within Engineers Australia, with a membership base comprising of over 40,000 young engineers. The group has now been established for over 20 years, with a local committee in each of Engineers Australia's 9 divisions.
